Welcome to www.cherishfabricstore.com. By accessing our website and purchasing our fabrics at wholesale rates, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
2.1 Wholesale Nature of Trade
Cherish Fabrics Store is primarily a wholesale distributor. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) may apply to specific fabric types.
Slight color variations may occur due to digital display settings or fabric dye lots.
2.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated for international exports.
Full payment must be confirmed before cutting or dispatching any fabric.
The Company reserves the right to adjust prices without notice due to fluctuations in market costs or foreign exchange rates (for imported/exported fabrics).
2.3 Shipping and Delivery Policy
Logistics Providers: We use various third-party delivery companies within Nigeria and international freight forwarders for exports.
Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the fabrics passes to the Customer once the goods are handed over to the chosen delivery company.
Timeline: Delivery timelines are estimates. Cherish Fabrics Store shall not be liable for delays caused by the logistics provider, customs clearance (for exports), or "Acts of God."
Preference: Where a customer prefers a specific courier, the customer bears the full cost and responsibility for coordinating that pickup.
2.4 Export Compliance
Customers ordering for delivery outside Nigeria are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and local regulations in the destination country.
2.5 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Cherish Fabrics Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our fabrics or delays in delivery.
2.6 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be first attempted to be resolved via Mediation before recourse to the Courts.

In line with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA), our refund policy is designed to be fair while considering the nature of the fabric industry.
3.1 Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
The fabric delivered is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong color, wrong material).
The fabric has a factory defect (holes, severe staining, or weaving errors).
The error is reported within 48 hours of receipt.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
Fabrics that have been cut, sewn, washed, or altered by the customer.
Orders where the customer changed their mind after the fabric has been cut from the Roll.
Discounted "clearance" or "sales" items.
3.3 Refund Process
Notification: You must notify us via 07033945994 / cherishfabricstores@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the defect or error.
Inspection: Once the fabric is returned and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Resolution: Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7-10 working days. Alternatively, we may offer store credit or a replacement.
3.4 Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent), Cherish Fabrics Store will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a customer preference or error, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
3.5 Export Returns
Please note that for international exports, we do not currently offer returns due to the high cost of cross-border logistics. We provide detailed videos/photos of orders before dispatch to ensure satisfaction.
